Beginner’s Course
This is a 6 week course covering in detail the fundamentals of Pilates:

Building a repertoire of Classical Pilates Exercises with full explanation of each movement – “why” “your goal” |
Each participant receives an exercise sheet for use at home. By the end of this course you will have full understanding of the fundamentals and be equipped to move on to a level one/two course.
Level One / Two Course
Participants should have completed a beginner’s course and have experience of the Pilates Method. Building on the repertoire learned at Beginner’s adding new exercises and challenges.
Level Three Course
Participants should be proficient and experienced in the Pilates Method. This is a fast moving, flowing class including some power sections which incorporate the more challenging classical exercises.
