One-to-One Pilates

Because we are all different, one-to-one training is the ideal way to study Pilates. As a qualified Pilates instructor I will make a full assessment of your current abilities and design a programme that will be tailored to meet your specific needs. We will then work together to build on your strengths as well as your weaknesses.
Where and when can I have a One-to-One session?
One-to-One Pilates sessions take place at the private Parkfield Studio in Hillingdon. One-to-One clinics are available:
- Tuesday 12.30pm
- Wednesday 10.30am
- Thursday 12.30pm
Can I do it with a friend?
Of course. Pilates can be fun to do with a friend or partner. The only consideration is that you are both of similar fitness levels and Pilates experience.
Can I start with One-to-One sessions and then progress to a class?
Of course; it usually takes 3 to 4 One-to-One sessions to cover the fundamentals and the basic repertoire, after which you are fully competent to continue at Level 1.
Some clients prefer to begin their Pilates journey this way; indeed for certain conditions it is advisable. If you are not sure and would like to discuss your individual requirements or have any further questions, you can contact Mary either by email or telephone.
