One-to-One Pilates

Because we are all different, one-to-one training is the ideal way to study Pilates. As a qualified Pilates instructor I will make a full assessment of your current abilities and design a programme that will be tailored to meet your specific needs. We will then work together to build on your strengths as well as your weaknesses.

Where and when can I have a one-to-one session?
One-to-one Pilates instruction takes place in your own home at a time that is convenient to you. So you don't even have to leave your lounge to get a great specialised workout!  Look on the classes page to see when One-to-One clinics are available.

Can I do it with a friend?
Of course. Pilates can be fun to do with a friend or partner. The only consideration is that you are both of similar fitness levels and Pilates experience.

How often should I do Pilates?
It is recommended that to gain the most benefit that you practice 2 to 3 times per week, but this is entirely up to you, this could depend on your current fitness programme, the time you have available and also your budget. Some clients enjoy training three times a week, while others find that one session a week fits perfectly into their lifestyle.

How much do one-to-one Pilates sessions cost?
Of course one-to-one sessions cost more than general classes, but my clients feel that an hour of intense individual attention, from a highly qualified teacher, is worth paying a little extra for!

One-to-one sessions cost from £45 per hour
