Pilates has proven itself for more than 80 years as an effective and safe method of exercise. Pilates offers many options which can be tailored to the individual. Simple, precise movements, which are gentle on the body, provide amazing benefits. The result of practice is a balanced, aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.

Unlike other exercise classes the participant needs to learn and understand the principles of the Pilates technique to gain the full benefit. It is best taught as a course and needs full commitment from the participant.

Once you have completed a course you can progress to the next level, where you can begin to practice the method and really work on gaining the best results for your body.
