How do we store your data?

Pilates4Life securely stores your data at its Headquarters in Uxbridge and on email and web servers owned and maintained by 34sp.com.

Pilates4Life will keep your Health Information for 12 months after you last class. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your electronic data and shred any paper copies.

Pilates4Life will keep your Class Records for a period of 10 years after your last class.

Pilates4Life will retain your contact details on our Guest List until you unsubscribe from the emailing service.

Marketing

Pilates4Life would like to send you information about products and services that we think you might like.

If you express an interest in Tai Chi or Qigong we will pass on your details to ActiveQi (a trading name of Jeremy Mills). Pilates4Life does not share this information with any other companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing emails from the Guest List, you may always opt out at any time.

You have the right at any time to stop Pilates4Life from contacting you for marketing purposes – if you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please click the link at the foot of any of our emails.
