If you have just graduated from Level 1 (Intermediate) with Pilates4Life, or have achieved Advanced level at another Pilates school, then this is the right class for you.
If you are recovering from injury or surgery, or if you are pregnant, then Level 1 (Intermediate) is the right answer: in Pilates it’s always best to be working at the right level for you.

    This level is more challenging than Level 1 but not ridiculously hard. Just right!
    Mary always explains why we do the exercises as we do.
    There is no stigma to doing the easier options if you can’t quite manage the full version of the exercise. As she says, it’s better to get the easier version correct than to hurt yourself doing the harder version wrong.

    These classes have changed my life! The instructors are first rate, the class sizes small enough to allow individual attention, and attention is given to the “how’s” and “why’s” to make the exercises more effective. Highly recommended.
