One-2-One Pilates Sessions
For tailor-made, private pilates lessons that focus on your specific needs and capabilities, our One-to-One sessions are ideal. Suitable for the complete beginner or for those looking to accelerate their progress with individual attention.
For beginners, three to four sessions are usually needed to cover the fundamentals and the basic repertoire of exercises, ready to move into a Level 1 class. Of course, it is also possible to continue along the One-to-One path, developing strength and flexibility with personalised goals. Sessions are 45 or 60 minutes.
