A 3-week fast-track version of our highly regarded Pilates Beginner Course that teaches you all you need to know so you can practice Pilates safely and effectively.


  • How to correct and improve your Posture
  • How to activate your core abdominal muscles which support and protect your spine
  • How to breathe effectively, maintain the core connection, postural alignment and …..
  • Create a better body which moves better, free of pain and with ease

On completion of these 3 sessions you will be ready to move on to Level 1 and the repertoire of essential Pilates movements

Requirements: No major mobility restrictions. As the majority of the exercises are done on a mat on the floor, you must be confident and comfortable getting up and down from the floor and moving around on it. If you would like to check whether you would be able to attend our group class you can complete our Health Form and we will advise you.

Term: 3 Weekly, 45-minute In-Person Classes (plus weekly revision videos)

parkingLimited parking available at the venue. No parking restrictions in surrounding roads after 5pm

  • Full body-length mat
