The definitive Pilates Beginner Course that teaches you all you need to know so you can practice Pilates safely and effectively. In just 6 weeks you will understand how to activate your core abdominal muscles to support and protect your spine. You will build a repertoire of key exercises to improve your strength and flexibility.
Requirements: No major mobility restrictions. As the majority of the exercises are done on a mat on the floor, you must be confident and comfortable getting up and down from the floor and moving around on it. If you would like to check whether you would be able to attend our group class you can complete our Health Form and we will advise you.
Term: 6 Weekly Classes, 1 hour each
Class Time: Tuesdays 8-9 pm;
