Programs of Pilates workouts available to start at any time. The workouts are progressive: they get gradually get tougher to help you develop and improve. We recommend that you complete the workouts in the order given, but you are free to do them in any order.
The different WoW™ Series can be completed in any order. Series 2 is not harder than Series 1. Each Series presents a different challenge.
There are usually 6 workouts in the program and they are all available for 6 weeks.
