WoW™ Anytime> is a course of 6 Pilates classes for you to complete at your own pace – In Your Own Time.

All the classes are Level 1 but the challenge and intensity gradually increases through the course to keep you learning and developing all the time.

The WoW™ format gives more time for detailed explanations, hints and tips to develop your understanding of the Pilates method and improve your performance.


WoW™ – Anytime (Series 1)

WoW™ Anytime> is a course of 6 Pilates classes for you to complete at your own pace – In Your Own Time.

All the classes are Level 1 but the challenge and intensity gradually increases through the course to keep you learning and developing all the time.

Each class consists of a Warm-Up and Pre-Stretch block and the main Workout. We strongly recommend that you complete the Warm-Up block before moving onto the Workout. Even though you may be tempted to skip it – don’t. Do it, and do it well as it helps prevent injury and it will make your workout more effective.

Each workout takes around 1 hour to complete (including the Warm-Up and Stretch section).

Feedback & Support

Even though you are doing these workouts in your own time that doesn’t mean that you’re on your own – we are always here to answer questions about the exercises.

We are eager to hear your feedback on each class – tell us how much (or little) you enjoyed it, what was difficult for you, what was easy, what you would like to do more of.

Let us know how the program works for you – how many times you do each class, what your routine is to make sure that you stay on track.

    I practise with the WoW video workouts 3 times weekly. Mary is literally in my living room, working out with me, what more can I ask for? The instructions are so very clear, one just has to listen very carefully to each instruction and keep practicing on them to improve the movements. I am now up to WoW Week3, the intensity raises and it gets more challenging each week. Well worth keep working on it.

    Fantastic, 6 weeks WoW Workout. Apart from attending live Zoom classes, the WoW Workouts have helped me tremendously to practise on Pilates routine and continue to improve each week. I value the WoW workouts and hope they continue. I look forward to the second series. Thank you, Mary.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the WoW and actually managed to get through all 6 weeks because, although they steadily get slightly more advanced, it’s quite a natural progression and the familiarity of each exercise allows you to make automatic adjustments easily.
    The Workouts support the classes during the week and during lockdown are a good activity if you’ve got a spare hour.

    Suggestion- it would be good to have a whole stretch (and relax ) class included alongside the WoW , not just as a warm up , as it would be good for those who need to stretch hamstrings , quads etc with Mary’s brilliant explanation on how they work ,preventing back pain and strains.
