Daily Stretch 2 is a set of stretches performed in a seated position. The sequence is designed to cover all the major muscle groups in the upper body and includes 3 stretches for the neck. Together they help to prevent arm and shoulder injuries and reduce the tension carried in the shoulders and neck.
Includes gentle background music to help you relax into the stretch and timing to make sure that you get the full value from each one.
