13 Oct My Instructor is Taking a Break but I can Still Workout with her Whenever I Want!
How Does it Work?
Pilates4Life OnAir™ Vacation Workouts is a subscription service available during the breaks between terms.
Once you subscribe you have unlimited access to:
Warm up and Pre Stretch session (16 minutes) and several different workouts (approx 35/40 minutes each) One hour workouts in total. Also included is a full 72-minute gentle, soothing Stretch & Relax session.
The videos are available across all your devices – just make sure you are logged in to your Pilates4life account.
Vacation Workouts are only available during term breaks (check course calendar)
Set a time for your workout and stick to it. It may be the time you would come to class. As someone who has to have the self discipline and motivation to work out every day, this is my best advice. - Mary
