With this in mind we have designed Vacation Workouts to keep that consistency in your Pilates practice even when your instructor is taking a break. You also get to see Mary practice what we preach. Mary works out with you whilst still giving you all the usual instruction. Use her as a guide for reference to working on key elements of your practice.

These are fantastic, almost as good as a Pilates4Life live Zoom Pilates class! Highly recommended and well worth the money. - Stian
All the Pilates workouts are Level 1 and some options are given for higher-level students. No Pilates experience is needed for the Stretch & Relax session.
